Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Contact us at msharib2025@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and photos of the item. Please note that returns must be sent to our designated address, which will be shared upon approval. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on:

  • Stitched or customized orders
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Exchanges We offer exchanges or store credit. To exchange, initiate a return and place a new order once your return is approved.

COD Orders Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
